Darryll Stinson is an entrepreneur, pastor, speaker and most importantly a suicide survivor.
He played defensive end at Central Michigan University from 2008-2011. He attempted to take his life in 2011 due to an athletic career-ending injury. Through a supernatural encounter at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI, Darryll got a second chance and came to believe that his life mattered. He began the arduous journey of discovering what his identity and purpose was outside of sports.
After years of research, meditation, workshops, and cross-examination, Darryll gained clarity of his identity, found his purpose and began to help others do the same.

Ryan Schade is a relationship-driven business cultivator, husband and father that has become passionate for empowering and uniting the people around him.
He played baseball at Indiana University (Bloomington) from 1997-1999 and Western Carlonina University from 1999-2002. Ryanalso played three years of professional minor league baseball for the Flordia Marlins from 2003-2005 and in the Can Am League for the NJ Jackals in 2006.
Ryan's journey through college was far from flawless and included an abusive coaching relationship, multiple injuries and illnesses, a transfer, a medical red-shirt and a major draft day disappointment. Ryan left baseball for a year pursuing an internship and graduate school only to be called back to the diamond to solidify the quest for his dream of playing professional baseball. After concluding his professional baseball career, Ryan spent nearly 10 years chasing money and looking for the adrenaline "high" he once had as an highly successful athlete.
Thankfully in the fall of 2016 Ryan heard a speech by a former NFL player that enlightened Ryan to his struggles with athletic transition and his transformation began. Ryan then started to intentionally process his athletic career and the affects the transition was having on his life. He learned to rebuild himself, realign his priorities and became passionate to help other former athletes do the same.
